Grass-Fed Grass-Finished Beef

Our grass-fed, grass-finished beef is raised in the Madison Valley and finished at Sacred Pine Ranch. The cattle graze on diverse, healthy pastures, moving daily to fresh forage. This approach ensures our animals receive high-quality nutrition, supports regenerative land practices, and produces nutrient-rich food.

We sell our beef by first-order priority (we have a limited supply of individual cattle). 

An individual may order ¼, ½ or whole beef. Our beef price changes based on how much you order. On average a grass-finished beef will yield about 440 lbs of cuts and grind. An example of cost is below

Quantity of meat     cost per share

  • ¼ share of beef       $1,350

  • ½ share of beef       $2,600

  • The whole share of beef $5,000

Quantity of cuts to expect from a whole bovine

  • 20% Steaks 

  • 30% Roasts and other cuts 

  • 50% Grind (optional heritage blend if chosen)

  • Optional: ox tail, tongue, and organs.

We believe purchasing directly from a rancher and buying in bulk is the best choice for you. While our ground beef may cost a bit more, you’ll save significantly on specialty cuts. Buying directly from us also supports local agriculture and ensures that your food is good for the land, the rancher, the animals, and your health.
